Happy Birthday my darling David - the love of my life. You catered to every fantasy I had, you hosed me down in "holy water" when I got too hot. I love you so much David and I proved it in oh so many ways. You restored my faith in love. I used to tell you that I wanted to stand on a mountaintop and tell the world how good you made me feel but you warned me not to tell because my girlfriends would pursue you. I miss and love you so much. I miss your delicious dinners, breakfasts, your famous banana pudding and the bar-b-que you'd cook while we sat under the tree. I would love to watch you adjust your glasses with your middle finger. Remember all the fun you used to tell me that you and Tammi had on those motorcycles and how much you loved her? Remember how we said we wished we had waited for each other instead of marrying who we did? You loved me too, you told many times, especially when you'd call me from around the world. Remember those pictures of your female fans that you said you had in a trunk that you wanted to publish and title it "To You". I love you baby, Happy 58th birthday. The love that we shared can never, ever be taken away from me.
