Some of David’s Solo Covers

(courtesy of Dajotay and Addie)

"Me and Rock and Roll" –1974

Album cover art is unfortunately, long
dead, but here is an example of the whimsical fantasies some of that art
created.

The front cover is a picture of a jukebox. BUT, there are two doors on the
jukebox which are REAL FLAPS and you can open them!! When you open the
doors, it reveals a picture of David! (the picture is actually on the
inside record sleeve and shows through the doors.)

The back cover is just that. THE BACK of the jukebox and the back of David.
So, it's as if you're looking right through the rear of the machine itself.
David is INSIDE the jukebox.
